The rental of the house goes from Saturday at 4pm to Saturday at 10am.
The reservation is confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the rental price; the balance is to be paid by bank transfer one month before the start of the lease.
A security deposit of 700 € is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay following an inspection. In case of damage, guests are kindly requested to report it without replacing any broken objects.
The maximum number of occupants is 6 people.
Pets are not allowed.
At the end of the stay, the house must be left tidy, the dishes clean and in their place, the fridge empty.
Cancellation penalties are as follows:
- 50% of the total price forfeited up to the 45th day before the start of the rental;
- 75% forfeited from the 44th day to the 22nd day before the beginning of the rental;
- 100% forfeited within 22 days of the beginning of the rental or in case of no show
